Spacious three bedrooms.  Up to date kitchen.  Wood burning fireplace.  Few blocks to prom & arcade. Close to stores and youth center which has in-door pool (slide), hot tub, pool tables, basketball and such. Mostly fened backyard. Many puzzles and games. Stero, DVD/CD player, VCR, radio, and basic cable tv.

 

Reservations:  Submit by email - We will then respond to your request and post it on our website.

If you don't see your reservation posted within three days, please recontact us.

DIRECTIONS

Entering Seaside from the south, take a left onto "u" (first stop light just past Motel 6) - go toward the ocean about three blocks (past the golf course) to Downing to 1225.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

1. Occupancy limit is 9 persons.

2. Three Bedrooms (Queen, Queen, and Double plus bunk beds). Bring your own bedding or launder house bedding after use. There is a washer and dryer on premise.

2. Leave with everything you brought or bought. Especially perisables like milk and ice cream (we would hate to deal with the mess if the power goes out).

3. General clean up appreciated.  Please leave the house suitable for our next guests.  We have someone do in-depth cleaning evey other week.

4. Garbage - Be sure all trash is taken to the black trash can ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF THE HOUSE (pick up is every Thurs.).  Recycling can be put into the large recycle bin next to the garbage can but Seaside does NOT recycle glass curbside so please take glass home or drop off at recycle center on ave S east of Hwy 101.

5. On street parkig is a big concern to Seaside permanent residences, please park in the driiveway.

6. Invisible pets welcome. Invisible being all dropping scooped & disposed of, pet hair vacuumed, and no excessive barking.
